We recognize that the transition into a regular fitness routine can be daunting. That’s why we allow you to choose the length of your initial Foundations cycle. These are not one-size-fits-all solutions; they are customizable programs designed to make your transition into group classes as smooth and comfortable as possible. You choose the duration and intensity of your Foundations experience based on what makes you feel most prepared and confident. Feel ready to go? Stick with our 2 week option. Want a nice long ramp- we do Foundations cycles lasting 4 weeks- or indefinitely!

Our programming is diverse and adaptable. With two distinct tracks, Performance and Vitality, we provide options that cater to different fitness goals and comfort levels. The Performance track is designed for those looking to enhance their strength, speed, and overall physical performance. In contrast, the Vitality track focuses on fundamental movements and fitness basics, allowing members to progress at their own pace.
