Your Handy Guide to Navigating BTWB: The Ultimate CrossFit Tracking App

Hello Lumos Family! Ready to take your fitness journey to the next level with BTWB (Beyond the Whiteboard)? This amazing fitness tracker will help you stay on top of your workouts, track progress, and even get a little competitive with your fellow gym buddies. Let’s get you started:

Step 1: Sign Up

1. Visit the [BTWB website](

2. Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top right corner of the page.

3. Fill in your details – name, email address, and password. Don’t worry, they won’t spam you!

4. Confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox. This helps ensure it’s really you.

Step 2: Navigate Your Home Screen

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on your home screen. Here’s what you’ll find:

1. Navigation Bar: This is at the top of the screen, with links to ‘Workouts’, ‘Plans’, ‘Analyze’, ‘Community’, and more. Use these to navigate to the different sections of the app.

2. Your Today’s Training: This section shows your scheduled workouts for the day.

3. Your Fitness Level: A neat overview of your fitness level based on recent workouts. It’s like your CrossFit report card!

4. Your Recent Activity: This displays your most recent workouts and your performance.

5. Community Feed: A fun place to see what your Lumos pals are up to!

Step 3: Log Workouts

Now the fun part – logging your workouts!

1. Click on ‘Log’ at the bottom of your screen. 

2. You’ll see a list of workout categories – Metcons, Lifts, Gymnastics, etc. Choose the one that matches your workout.

3. Fill in the workout details – the type of workout, the weight you used, your time or reps, etc. Be as specific as you can for accurate tracking.

4. When you’re done, hit ‘Save’. 

And voila! Your workout is logged, and you can track your progress over time.
