To help everyone get to know you better, we’ve created a quick and easy online form. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
Step 1: Accessing the Form

Step 2: Completing the Form
The form will ask for the following information:
1. Your Name: Your first and last name as you’d like it to appear in the community.
2. Your Hometown: Where you’re from originally or where you consider home.
3. A Fun Fact or Hobby: Tell us something interesting about yourself. Perhaps you’re a salsa dance enthusiast, or you make the best homemade bread, or maybe you’ve summited the highest mountain somewhere. It could be anything that helps us know you a little bit better!
4. A Picture: This can be any photo you feel represents you well. It’s even better if it’s a picture of you doing something you love, like cooking a meal, hiking a trail, painting, or even nailing that perfect yoga pose! This helps put a face to your name and creates a more personal connection.
Step 3: Submitting the Form
Once you’ve filled in the information, click ‘Submit’ and you’re done!
After we’ve received your form, we’ll create a special post to introduce you to our Slack community. This ensures that everyone knows your face and name before you walk into your first group class.
