Our Lumos Hybrid Conditioning specialty program places an emphasis on enhancing athletes’ capacity for longer, more aerobic workouts, with a specific focus on becoming a more efficient and powerful runner.
What Makes Hybrid Conditioning Special
It combines elements of strongman, classic CrossFit style work capacity and “grunt work” to create a well rounded fitness profile for anyone wanting to be capable of longer duration challenges, like HYROX, Spartan races, DekaFit or even marathon / triathlon training. Coach Brett runs the program, drawing on his background and experience as a competitive HYROX athlete and ultra marathoner.
