At Lumos Fitness Collective, we understand that life happens! Whether you’re going on vacation, dealing with an unexpected event, or simply need a break, we’ve got you covered. Here’s our hold policy to help make things a little easier:

Minimum Hold Duration

Minimum Hold Period: 7 days

Requesting a Hold

Advance Notice: Holds must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the hold going into effect.

How to Request: You can request a hold by emailing us at [your email] or through our member portal.

Billing Adjustments

Billing Impact: Holds will push the next billing date forward by the same number of days as the hold period.

Prorated Billing: Upon resumption, the next bill will be prorated to reflect the length of the hold period.
